Position Overview

The position can be considered for full time if desired, but currently advertised as part time. We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service communication skills and organization follow up. A successful candidate will need to have a high degree of intuition and be proactive in helping customers with solutions. In short, one has to genuinely care about people and helping them, to be a good fit. Background in the insurance industry, or related fields such as claims adjusting, disaster restoration, or auto repair is preferred. This position will be focused on assisting office staff and customers, and can allow for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as assigned.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can be responding to claim submissions and follow up, preparing quotes, and various task as assigned in implementing and updating new technology to better serve customers.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
